The new rap icon for Ukrainian millennials, alyona alyona, has been focusing on the problem of media-imposed appearance ideals. Advertising campaigns and tracks were dedicated to the topic of self-acceptance, and now this new video called “The world needs beauty”:
“Women are beautiful. At any age, in any body, in any height, with any skin or eye color, with or without hair, with or without shapes … Women are strong and strong-willed, feel with heart and do so much good. Women are different.”
