Oihana, Leire, Maria and Lauri, the four members of Melenas, hail from Pamplona, a city small in size but substantial in its musical richness, with a hefty amount of rock since the 70s. But there’s more to their new album Ahora, inspired by European krautrock, pop and electronic music, both personal and political.
