Welcome to our summer programme! This week is dedicated to Romania so we asked Romanian band, Zimbru to share their favourite spots from their hometown, Cluj Napoca, Romania.
My bandmates and I made a tiny list of places we like in Cluj-Napoca.
*because it is heavily gentrified, some of the places we love might turn into expensive coffee joints by the time you finish reading this list*

“Tranzit House has been functioning as a cultural institution since 1997 in the location of a former synagogue. It is run by Tranzit Foundation which was founded with the purpose of renovating the building and turning it into a contemporary art center.”

“This used to be a wild little park crossed by the Someș but now it’s undergoing modernization so it’s closed to the public.”
