Imagine having to commute back home using the subway. People living in Europe’s major cities will have no difficulty doing so, but for those who don’t, Friedberg has got you covered! In their latest music video for the single ‘My Best Friend’, directed by Florine and Kim Nüesch, the four-piece (literally) takes things underground.
A crowd is amassed in what looks like a cold London train, the people engaging in various activities actually show the warmth of the place. The musicians navigate their way amongst this eclectic crowd, at times playing their instruments or at times participating in the already famous Friedberg-cowbell shot.
The result is a great music video, alternating between outbursts of energy and calmer bars, with Anna F.’s peculiar voice going high and low and ending up staying rent free in your ears!
