PARK is the collaboration between Frànçois & The Atlas Mountains and Lysistrata – two major musical acts of the French indie scene. Two minds who have found a way to escape, by reinventing themselves through a collection of tracks composed in complete innocence along the beach. Their debut album ‘PARK’ will be released on March 25th via Vicious Circle Records. The first single, ‘Réveil Heureux’, is now available!
“We wanted to express a cool and dirty sound. Hence the idea of creating a universe mixing motocross and ice cream cones. We called Jeremy Bouchet, an old skatepark acquaintance, and he brought us Nicolas Texier, a national FMX champion. We filmed the day after the Coconut Festival near St-Jean-d’Angély. We shot on a 16mm film with Doug. The costumes and pyjamas came from Emmaus.” says Frànçois Marry.
