Throwback Thursday: watch Aoife Nessa Frances' Europavox Festival show at Botanique!

Let’s embark on a journey, both in time and in space: we’re back in Belgium, at the end of February. It’s cold outside, but a dreamy voice, soft guitar and magical harp are leading us, hypnotized, to listen to Aoife Nessa Frances‘ psychedelic, folky pop in the Botanique, Brussels’ amazing venue where Europavox Festival settles down every year.

We had the privilege of filming three tracks, ‘Emptiness Follows‘, ‘This Still Life‘ and ‘Only Child‘, all featured on Aoife Nessa Frances’ highly-regarded sophomore 2022 album, ‘Protector‘. Three timeless songs to help become acquainted with her lush universe, inspired by 60s and 70s psych-pop, tarot, and the landscapes of the West of Ireland, just as she releases new single ‘Fantasy‘, a nod to the High Priestess tarot card, and also the perfect way to get ready for her headline show at The Complex, Dublin, on the 14th of October.
