Remember back in March, when Personal Trainer won Europavox.com’s Band of the Month title? And this week, as part of our Trans-Europe Music Express journey, we’re stopping off in the Netherlands. So it’s the perfect time to rewatch our exchange with THE Dutch indie (pop) rock band.
Between spontaneous interactions and organised chaos, this band creates a fun pop energy, echoing a big band. Formed around singer/songwriter Willem Smit, Personal Trainer is a collective made up of artists from other bands such as Canshaker Pi, Pip Blom, Bull, Steve French, The Klittens, and many others.
