With the help of Control Club, one of Bucharest’s most dynamic venues (which will host its Europavox festival on the 5th and 6th of April), we selected ten bands that we’ll focus on during the whole month of March, gathered in this playlist. Let’s start the journey with local rock band D.E.N.I.S. and go from there. We’ll be talking about hip-hop with Varnish La Piscine, folky inspirations with Lowly and Siv Jakobsen, pop-rock with Personal Trainer, electronic music with Niandraz, experimental and dreamy pop with Elizabete Balčus, world-music infused offerings with Johan Papaconstantino and Derya Yildirim & Grup Simsek, and even black metal with The Canyon Observer.
