To kick this spring off in the best of ways, travel with us to Iceland to meet the singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist JFDR : she is April’s Band Of The Month! Her latest album, ‘Museum‘, released on the 28th of April, is a precious collection of delicate indie tracks that seem frozen in time, resembling sculptures that would be kept in a pop and electronic museum. You will also find a big dose of rock’n’roll with German act Die Wilde Jagd, Croatian artist čuvarkuća and Serbian band VIZELJ. Then, let’s head back North to discover SKAAR, the 22 years old artist who has been nominated twice for the Spellemannprisen – Norway’s Grammys – this year. We’ll also listen to electronic music with Petite Noir, inventor of his own musical style, « noirwave », or with R.Y.F., an Italian artist who uses her music as a platform for diversity and inclusivity, fighting for queer and non-binary people’s rights. Finally, discover indie rap from Austria with BIBIZA, the post-punk rage of Spanish band Belgrado and the energetic country songs of CMAT.
