A music journalist, speaker, radio and (occasional) TV host who has been covering local and international music scene for more than 25 years. Ramunas started his radio career at the age of 14, moved on to cover music for Lithuania’s biggest daily paper, host music conferences and consult one of Lithuania’s biggest jazz festivals. He’s currently working as Head of Popular Music at Lithuanian public broadcaster LRT, hosting several music-related weekly radio shows, still writing about music and enjoying life. Oh, and he’s a proud fan of Europavox festival since his first visit in 2013, although he still gives himself a hard time about the fact that he felt too tired with all the partying and skipped an afterparty with Manu Chao at Le Cooperative de Mai.
